The "Chebly Emotos" name and branding may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours without express written permission.

2. Assumption of Risk & Safety Warning

Electric dirt bikes are inherently dangerous. By purchasing or using a product from Chebly Emotos, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

Riding an electric dirt bike involves significant risk of serious injury or death.
The user is responsible for wearing proper safety gear (including helmets and pads).
The user is responsible for following local, state, and federal laws regarding the operation of electric vehicles. Chebly Emotos is not responsible for any fines or legal issues resulting from illegal operation.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chebly Emotos and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or loss of profits.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for perfection, Chebly Emotos does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this site is 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and correct the error.

5. Governing Law

Any disputes or legal claims arising from the use of our website or products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and handled in the appropriate courts located near our Bristol, PA warehouse.
